By visiting NoTube or using any tool on it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree with something here, the remedy is simple and genuinely fine with us: don’t use the service. You must also be old enough to enter this agreement where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

NoTube is a browser-based tool for saving video and audio from links you provide, in formats like MP4 and MP3. There is nothing to install and no account to create — how it works explains the mechanics in detail.

Two things are worth knowing. First, the service is in public beta: the conversion pipeline is live, but individual downloads can still fail — a video may be restricted at source, or our upstream provider may be unavailable. Second, the service is free during the beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the beta evolves, and we will be upfront on the site when we do.

NoTube is built for lawful, personal use. That means downloading content you created and uploaded yourself, content you have permission or a license to save (including Creative Commons work), and content that is otherwise lawful for you to keep for personal, offline viewing.

It is not for downloading copyrighted work you have no rights to, re-uploading or redistributing other people’s content, or circumventing paid or DRM-protected media. You are also responsible for respecting the terms of the platforms you download from — YouTube’s own terms restrict downloading in ways that are between you and YouTube. Finally, don’t scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service itself.

The NoTube name, design, interface, and the writing on this site belong to us. The videos and audio you process belong to their rights holders — nothing in these terms transfers any rights in third-party content to you or to us. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beta software changes frequently: we make no guarantee of uptime, conversion speed, format availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. NoTube is an independent tool — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoTube and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost data, lost profits, or the consequences of what you choose to download. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us to use the service, which, during a free beta, is nothing. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the beta grows into a full service. When we do, the “Last updated” date above changes, and anything material gets a visible note on this page rather than a silent rewrite. Continuing to use NoTube after a change means you accept the revised terms.
